Answer: Raspberry, because it is an aggregate fruit. (Could someone please confirm? Thank you.)

It is a scientific fact that your body will not absorb calories if you take it from another person's plate.

I would say Acorn as it's not a fruit.
Acorn, Apple, Apricot, Blackberry, Raspberry?
An Acorn is a nut. Apple, Apricot, Blackberry & Raspberry are all fruits. What a load of dunderheids!0 -
yeah i agree with acorn
thanks for posting0 -
The question seems to be saying that they are considering acorn to be a fruit as it says which of these fruits is the odd one out,i have googled and a few places say it is the fruit of an oak tree.Up to the individual but i'm going with Lakshmi's answer.0

I don't think it's raspberry as blackberries are also aggregate fruits. I would go with acorn.

You probably are right, it just seems strange they would call it a fruit in the question, another possibility could be Raspberry because it is the only one that doesn't grow on a tree but that is clutching at straws really as blackberries really grow on bushes I think although there is reference to Blackberry trees Or could it possibly be Acorn and the reason being that it is not edible to humans ?0 -
Although an acorn is the fruit of an Oak Tree (in the same way my daughter is the fruit of my loins), surely it's a nut!0

Well humans can eat Acorns if they are prepared properly. As a forager I have collected them to make Acorn flour though it's hardly worth the hassle and I wouldn't bother again it was an interesting experiment. I think we might be making this too complicated tbh. But technically a nut is still a fruit but is a dry indehscent fruit - a single hardened achene which differentiates it somewhat from the other fruits as they are all fleshy fruits.2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400

I do agree with that but what I am saying is the question is calling it a fruit- Which of these fruits is the odd one out and why? so they are saying it is a fruit. It is probably right but just very confusing they would call it a fruit in the question.0 -
Isn't it Apricot as the other are all Computer/Technology names
Acorn Computers (from the 80s)
Apple Computers
Blackberry mobile phones
Raspberry PI
Apricot ?
Just a thought
