Has anyone been to Ruba Spice on 23 University Rd.
Belfast ? as this seems a very good offer.

Yes I have been there. I wasn't overly fussed on it. It was nice but I have tasted better and it doesnt work out as cheap as you would imagine.

You still have to pay for side orders and your dips at start of meal (sorry cant remember name of them!).

I would rather pay extra and go elsewhere for an indian!

I don't think it is too great a deal, tbh. Almost took up the offer myself and then had a look at the website. You wouldn't be saving greatly on many of the main courses available...
