I am completly new to web hosting.
I want to create a website will a small template but a huge one with massive headers or anything.

Personally, I would only recommend free hosting for personal sites or developing a business site. If you are starting off a business then for the pittance you can pay out for decent hosting plans and support, it's sometimes worth it. Doesn't loko too good to prospective clients if they come to your site and it's not available.
I'm not saying that those companies offering free sites don't give support or a high uptime rate but just be aware, I've had personal experience of getting just what you pay for (or not) when you get free sites.
