Got mine delivered today via Royal Mail. It comes charged. It seems very gentle so good if you have sensitive teeth or gums. Seems inferior in quality to my old Sonicare but at five times cheaper its worth a shot. Some of the Amazon reviewers say it packs up or doesn't charge properly after a short while so time will tell. My Sonicare brushheads are stupidly expensively so this will make a welcome change.0
