Loan paid off, but new loan not put in!

I applied to NatWest (my bank) earlier this week for a loan. One of the reasons for it was to pay off the rest of my graduate loan, which I identified in the application form. I have checked my account online tonight and my grduate loan has been paid off using my current account, but I have not had the new loan put into the current account so I am massively overdrawn at this moment in time! I can not find out if my application has been accepted yet. Has anyone else had this experience? Hopefully I have been accepted and the money will go in overnight or something!

I checked this morning and it has been put into my account now. Phew.0
