CCJ???? Please Help!!

Hello,

In january i tried to renew my car insurance and was told i couldnt pay monthly as i had a CCJ? Asfar as i knew i didnt ive had no latters and as far as i knew i didnt owe any money to anyone! I payed my insurance in full assuming there was a error of some sort on there part?

However today i tried to take out a new phone contract and was declined by every phone provider available and was confused as to why? I was told to check out my credit report online using Equifax and noticed there is a CCJ linked to my name and address but there is no information on who it is or how i go about contacting them? The link equifax gives is not working

can anyone help me with how i go about getting it removed please?

Try Experian Take the free trial but be sure to CANCEL DOWN the payment plan after you get all the info or they will keep taking money from your account. Its undeliverable the amount of info they hold on you.

Have you moved recently? Have you had problems paying a debt? Your credit file online will give the court (likely Northampton), and a case ref. You can use this to find out who sued you.

I am in a iva which is completely separate and looks after all my owings and i only have one year left so why would i get a ccj now?

Also ive logged onto experian and it shows no CCJ but Equifax does?

IVA says it all, sorry to say this but if you are in one then just about no one will give you credit.

trustonline shows no record of a CCJ against me and neither does experian?

I no being in a IVA is bad but ive had no problem having a mobile phone for the past four years and i even have a credit card?

equifax get info on ccjs from there. so if not on trustonline it could be a mistake by equifax.

same goes for experian. so it not being on their record makes you think more its equifax with a mistake?
