Have chance of 2nd job

Hi,
Just looking for a bit of advice and sorry in advance if this question has been asked previously.
I currently work full time (£21K pa) and have been given an opportunity of a 2nd job working a minimum of 4hrs per week equating to about £30 for these hours. I currently do this job for 2hrs as an assistant (no pay) and the company is now looking to employ all the assistants.
Would taking this on have any tax implications. My husband has just started a new full time job and I have a 4 year old (tax credit already been taken away).
All advice greatly received.
Thanks,
JoJo:)

if you have already lost your tax credits and assuming you claim no other benefits then you have nothing to lose.
however- do you have childcare costs? will these increase?
more time away from your little one?
tax on this job would be paid at 20%.
you might find that if you take these things into account that it is not worth it.0
