If you are not in the country (and it will be expensive to travel and stay) how (or who) could you get to represent you at the High Court?

Don't do it. You can do it yourself for nothing. All it takes is a bit of time and patience to sit down with the forms (and the advice from all these lovely people on here)
I wouldn't think of using the service if my situation were straightforward but I feel that I need specialist advice regarding the foreign property and other aspects that arise because I will be living abroad. I'll start a new thread with my situation and see how people can help.0 -
