Well I'm no expert but..........
A floury type will just disintegrate during cooking. I would suggest that you would be better with a firmer waxey potato.
T'internet would suggest King Edwards...0 -
I think that Desiree, King Edwards or Maris Piper would be OK, because they are three of the best all round potatoes.0
