Good morning!

Right I have posted a couple of times before, havnt had many responses... Lol

Basically I was working for an agency, that jod was due to end so I started my own business! I'v now done all that and can finally now start propery training and bringing some money in again!

Although it will problalbly only cover business expences at first so I can't expect to draw much of a wage than expences out for a while yet!

Luckily my oh Erns enough to cover all the household out goings, not ideal as it doesn't leave her much for herself, but were managing

Anyway I have unsecured debts of around 13,000

£9500 lefton barclays loan
£300 barclays od
£200 barclaycard
£1700 capital one cc
£700 creation finance. iPad got talked into it by pc world couldn't pay it in the 6 mnth interest free period
£200 left on an old laptop again through pc world

Most of this bar the recent barclaycard was built up when I was younger....and stupider

They are the main debts

I have just set up a new bank account away from barclays as most of my debt is with them

They are now daily more than once calling my mobile, probably have been trying house number aswell but recently changed the number/provider and they don't have the new one (4times yesterday from 8am-8pm)

And I had a missed call from the same number at 8 am this morning

I intend to send letters out offering token payments this week and that any future comms be via letter or e-mail not over the phone!

My question is how can I do an SOA? As I don't technically have a fixed income cccs online automatically suggested bankruptcy,on looking into that it's because I can't prove an income being newly self employed, need 3 mnths worth of accounts?

Also if the worst comes toit would I not qualify for a DRO? As apposed to bankrupsy?

In a perfect world I'd be making enough again in a few months to continue my original payments to creditors... However I know that won't be the case!

Thanks :)

Repeating all that info won't really help, leave out what is irellevant to the questions (e.g. the stuff about the phone calls).

    Create an SOA here.

Continuing one of your previous threads would be better than starting another with much of the same info - just post any new questions on the existing thread.

Did you go to CAB as previously advised?

How much would you get for the iPad if you sold it - especially as you don't really need it.
loose does not rhyme with choose but lose does and is the word you meant to write.
