they wanna sack their entire IT department IMO, what with all this in stock/no stock/cancellation fiasco and the terrible problems with the price check thing, a bunch of monkeys would make a better job of it all. :rotfl:

Just had an e-mail saying that they cannot fulfil my order because they have got it wrong. First time it has happened to me so I now know how everyone else feels. Just remembered though ordered cheap basket ball set but Tescos customer services told me that it was not going to be delivered. I did not have an e-mail to say so.
