    One of my items arrived today after emailing Glamour SIX times! It was the Elizabeth Arden cream but it looks like a sample size- just 30ml. Was anyone elses this size? Thanks.

    Hi,
    This is the email address I finally got a response through:
    Online.Glamour@condenast.co.uk
    On my fifth email to them i added in that I had been advised to contact the Institute of Sales Promotions about the matter as up to that date I had not received any of my prizes nor a email reply back from Glamour stating why. The next day I got a reply so it might be worth adding that in. :)
