Avoid Dresses online and Dresses online sale

This business is impossible to deal with if you have a problem such as a faulty product. We were offerred a refund several weeks ago but we now think we've lost our money. Initially you think you're getting good service, then you realise that they are they are just giving you the runaround. We looked round the web and found that lots of people had the same problem and they have now changed their business name and website. Don't deal with them - at best you'll lose your money; at worst your special occasion will be ruined. I'll be pursuing this further...

I ordered my prom dress on the 5th of April and I am still waiting for the item. It cost me over £100 and the service I have recieved is shocking! The emails that I am recieving back from Dresses Online Sale are unhelpful and not worth the bother. I am not the only person who has ordered from this company for the prom and I would not advise anyone else to purchase from this company!

Don't order from this company! I ordered my dress in March and it has still not arrived. I have contacted Paypal however as my dispute was beyond 45 days they are unable to help. I think this was fairly tactical on DressesOnlineSale's behalf as they were very communicative regarding 'the delay in processing' up until the 45 day mark as which point they stopped responding to emails or via their live chat facility. Out of pocket and very disappointed.
