I checked my credit report on equifax a week or so ago and it said i had only been on the electoral role from 2007-2010 when i havent moved house since.
I called them and said i still lived here and still voted and they said they would correct it, as it was their mistake
I checked my report today and it shows as below ;
NOTICE OF DISPUTE - THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED HAS DISPUTED THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION REGISTERED AT THIS ADDRESS AND WE HAVE NOW CONTACTED THE SUBSCRIBER CONCERNED. CARE SHOULD THEREFORE BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE DATA AT THIS ADDRESS TO ASSESS THE CREDITWORTHINESS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONCERNED.
To me, this sounds quite bad. Can anyone clarify if this is a good or a bad thing, does it mean it will be updated to show i still live there? any idea?

I personally would think they are advising people to not make quick assumptions based on the data they have there? I think it reads as good but would email them and check? xOfficial DFD: Dec 29Challenge DFD: July 23Debts Cleared: 1/13Building EF: £20/£600 3%0
