Paperwork problems with blackhorse
I took out a loan via Space Kitchens from Black Horse 2 years ago the original contract was apparently filled in with the wrong details and amounts so the agent visited again with a new contract for me to sign (The carbon copy of which I have in my possesion).
Ive been out of work so when trying to claim on the PPI i find it doesnt cover me. I notice that my contract has no relevant details on it like the agreement number and company reference number etc.
So I contacted Black Horse to send me a copy of the agreement they are using to bill me with. They sent me one but its not the top copy of the contract I signed. My signature has been forged by somone else.
where do I stand? I realise that I have been paying for a kitchen (which coincidentally still isnt finished
) so I have assumed responsibility but I keep getting letters saying either Im in default and owe hundreds of pounds on it or letters which state they have accepted my offer of a £1 a month for the next 6 months?
This makes me wonder if they have more than one copy of the agreement and are in effect 2 agreements in my name.
Do you think I should get a DPA to try and work out if this is so? (the person I spoke to said they have 23 documents relating to the one agreement  )
Thanks in advance

cooperbob, there are 3 issues to clear up here.
1) why did the PPI not pay out
2) it sounds like fraud from the Space Kitchen salesman and
3) a law suit against Space Kitchens because the kitchen is not finished.
You must write a registered letter to the Chief Executive asking him to resolve the issues within the next 10 days or you will sue the company.
Hope this helps

The PPI didnt pay out because I have the wrong type of illness (depression) and because Im on IB and not JSA I cannot claim because Im unemployed.
I now have 3 copies of 3 agreements and only 1 original they read like this :-
1/ this one has wrong bank account number and my signature forged and bank account held is stated as 2 years dated 5th march 2005 and cash total as £7201.82
2/ this one is the carbon copy I was given when I signed it also has wrong bank account number and 2 years held account it has my signature on and total is £7199.02
3/ this one is type written with no signatures on at all, it says Ive held account at bank for 15 years has right bank account number, is dated 05/03/05 and total of £7201.82
so there seems to have been some creative writing going on here
any thoughts on how I should approach this?
Legal advice first or just inform space first and see if they respond?0 -
