Help!? New poster almost debt free needing advice!?

Hi, please bear with me I am new to this.
I now only have 2282 outstanding debt with HSBC ( this is currently with jbdr) it is made up of a personal loan 1173 overdraft 592 and flexi loan 517.
The letter I received from jbdr states the 2282. Is it possible that jbdr will accept payment for each debt rather than the whole balance of the 3 together?
Thanks

Have all your accounts been passed to a debt collector (I assume jbdr are debt collectors).
If you are not in a position to settle them all at once then you need to make a least a payment to each every month. You don't need to pay the whole balance owed at once.
You could offer to set up monthly repayments individually for each.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
Yes sorry. Jbdr are the debt collection agency. I could pay of the too smaller ones at once but on separate occasions ie paying 517 Monday and the 592 the following Monday?
Also the letter they have sent states they are offering me an 80% settlement fee, would this still apply?

You could always consider a counter offer yourself in full & final settlement of the debt.
If you did decide to then always do so in writing and get written confirmation from them that the amounts will be in full & final settlement.
National debtline website has a factsheet and template letter on full & final settlements if you go this route.
Alternatively - there should be no issue with paying them a week or so apart. They'll try to tell you you have to pay all straight away or bully you into paying more than yuo can afford, but in reality anything you pay them is a bonus to them.
They key thing is for you to take control and make sure you don't offer more than you can afford. With regards to the settement at 80% they've offered - you should easily be able to negotiate to pay at that rate even if it is split over a couple of weeks.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
I do get the feeling they are the bullying type, want to get it paid as quick as possible so I am hoping the will allow me to pay the reduced settlement for each account. Would this show as partial settlement on my credit report as there are a couple of debts with this status on my equifax report?
Thanks again for your help0
