I thought i'd reply to the email they sent asking when they will be sent and they said they are still waiting for them to come in so hopefully 1-2 weeks:)

Still not heard anything and it seems to be taking them alog time to send them out?
Strange how they have to ait for the winning comp items to be sent to them if they know they are going to have winners i would have thought they'd have them in already?

Ive still not received my cookery book either.

Yeah you would have thought that they would be prepared as they know what hte prizes are etc - but hey they probably prefer a more difficult way!

If you've still not heard anything or received your prize then i'd email them as i did again and got this reply:

Hi,

I had not recieved your details, i will mail the prize out to you today.

I'm pretty sure they had my details as they asked for them when they sent the email to say i'd won.Even if they didn't they had my email obviously which they used to say i'd won so why not email me asking for my address.Has anyone actually ever received their prize from UKTV?

Yeah I received my cook book think it was last week or week before
