Has anyone got a Barclays debit/credit card? If so, you can get a free personalised card!

I tried to get over to E/lands on Monday and forgot all about the road closures. Dont ask me how, but ended up near T in Gorton and Droylsden (both clean as a whistle as they say) and gave up because of the detour. Had some success in the smaller Asda Locals.

Is the rtc stuff in one place, or just in the aisles where you would normally find the goods? Thanks IA

I think it's mostly in it's normal place, some of the things we got had red and white reduced SEL's but some just had normal white SEL's

Well we got to the clinic and it was the receptionist I spoke to earlier who told me again there was no slot, told her I wasn't moving until the consultant came and told me that, she went away and came back and totally ignored us so i just sat we waited, agfter about 20 minutes the consultant came and took us to a side room, he had a look at oh foot, cleaned it, dressed it and gave us antibiotics, He then took us to reception to make an appointment for next week, receptionist tried saying again there's nothing til july and he said he didn't care he wanted us in next week
I just smiled sweetly while she made us the appointment.

:T:T:T:j:j:j Yay so pleased for you, these trouts get everywhere! Hospital receptionist can be a nightmare! OH's consultant needs to see him every 2 weeks, and we argue everytime about there being nothing avaliable. I usually win  But some are lovely and cant do enough to help, shame some give others a bad name :(

    *Rant Alert*
sorry about putting this here but I need to vent and I've got nowhere else.
My oh had his leg amputated 8 years ago due to gangreene, it was 7 weeks from when he got an ingrowing toenail until they took the leg off. Over this weekend we've found a very large blister on his other foot which has gone black, been trying to get him an appointment at the hospital but they're saying they've got nothing until 2nd July, by then it will be too late. I've took him to our gp and a&e but they've said he needs to be seen by the specialist and can't do anything.
I don't know where else to turn.

    sorry about venting on here

I would be pressing your GP to make an urgent referral (which they can do) - surely they can see the urgency of your situation in view of your husband's history. If that didnt get me anywhere, I would get in touch with my MP and explain the seriousness of your situation and ask for their help. Our MP has a weekly surgery around the constituency once a week where he meets constituents with problems. If you google your local MP, I am sure you could find the info of how to get in touch.

NB pays to catch up before posting!

I live just in Oldham so not far away from it. The stuff was in each section in its normal place and correct sels in place. In a couple of sections they'd grouped them together as well. I can get to Droylsden but I didn't know they had a T's until last week when I got lost because of the rd closures:rotfl:

Congratulations FloFlo on passing you'll be on T road trips soon.
Cattysmum glad it was good news for you as well.

For tea tonight we've had pizza followed by b&j ice cream. The kids have begged for a roast dinner with real veg for tomorrow:rotfl::rotfl:
Hope everyone has had a good day.

    Just back from T's.
D*nd**'s Rside has the pizza and B&Js deal working!! But they only had 1 pack of garlic bread when I was in, so there's no deal here until they restock.

    It's only a game
