busy day here. went to ditchling to get some organic free range eggs. then went over to sh0reham tesco to feed the recycling machine. had to pop in to the shop as well. no jam,no DTD but when we found the rtc tins/packets the prices were 90% off :j
48 pouches of whiskas was £1 :jthere was 4 boxes of there and lots of washing powder/liquard tins of baked beans ere 2p :j
my son didnt need asking, and just put it all in the trolley.
got some rtc yoghurts. on the way out i poped into mcdonalds and asked for 2 teaspoons, for our yoghurts, my son was shocked that i asked them cos i didnt buy their food. i said those yoghurts are sitting in that trolley begging to be eaten and it would be unfair to ignore them.
after eating our way through our goodies we went geocahing. we did well and only had 2 minor disagreements about directions

Me too, was tempted to go today but just did not have the mojo
opps tried to change my post as two posts I quoted merged and I messed up. Here is reply to first one (for calmspirit)which got lost in second quote :wall:
I feel better if I have a bigger shop, like combining with the £5.00 off £40.00, when handing over a wad of coupons. I pull them out one at a time - so not to alert the sa to how many I haveand maybe make any decisions on the fact I have so many. As potentially if they can't see, each one could be the last coupon and hey ho another appears!!!!
Have been queried a couple if times like yesterday with yogurts and I said could we see if they scan (otherwise I woud do seperately - not really but thought I would try) and sa was happy to try and they did

Got some of the Chicagotown pizzas and put 2 in the oven, took them off the package tray only to check after 5 minutes and they had melted onto the ovens shelves. Checked box for instructions and the trays are oven trays and the pizza should be cooked on the tray. Managed to get OH to peel them off the oven shelves and they are now cooking, they look a bit of a mess but hopefully they will taste ok. They at least smell good.
Hope this isn't any sort of karma!0 -

My grandson, 13 next year, is my satnav he remembers directions so easily and laughs at me as I have been know to take detours onto motorways. Recently I picked up a mattress in Ikea and ending up heading to Watford :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:instead of N London.0 -
