Thanks for the help, planning tomorrows shop

Seriously though, it's not just about draining Tesco's of it's lifeblood (and other large supermarkets), it is about community spirit. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Hiya West is best.
How are things with you ?
DD got some grit in her eye, she was at the Horseguards Parade ( after having lunch with Her Majesty the Queen).
Took to a&e 3 times to get sorted, she is fine now thanks.
Got such a lovely email today:
Dear Sir Frequent, thank you for shopping with us at Asdabob's yesterday.
We can confirm 12 APG's in one shop is officially our new store record, congratulations.
ASDA were cheapest! However we weren’t 10% cheaper than
all competitors so please see below for your voucher.
Due to the 10% cheaper guarantee, you're entitled to a voucher of £2.57.
Regards to the pooping horse ( and if you could bring your own poop scoop on your next visit our cleaning staff would appreciate it).
£69.43 - £42.67 = £26.76 - £2.57 = £24.19 "dis-coupon-count" of £45.24Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -

Morning all :hello:
Hope everyone is having a lovely jubilee weekend. We had our party yesterday and it was a complete washout. It was supposed to be on from 3-11pm but by 7ish it was pretty much over. To be honest it didn't really start to begin with, it didn't stop raining all day, the bouncy castles couldn't be put up because of the weather, no one bothered opening up their stalls and even with the Carling it was carp.
Sods bloody law really, never mind. I'm off to a bbq this afternoon. We will be donating (free) bbq meat and (free) beer.
Have a great Bank holiday!!!!
Ps i really wanna drag the hubby down to mr As today to look for the bargains, i'm off to make him a fry up to soften the blow before i ask him. Wish me luck!!!!Life is not about learning to avoid the storms - it's about learning to dance in the rain.0 -
Another one (for doggy owners) planning an A$da shop producing nice little APG of £1.98 per unit bought
Winalot (12) = £6.48@A but £5@T ... 10% cheaper than £5 = £4.50
£6.48-£4.50 = £1.980 -
Hi guys
Quick question or suggestion, should it work
Does anyone know firstly please whether or not the online offer of 1 pizza + a garlic bread + a tub of ice cream for £5 on chicago town pizza is available in store
Secondly, do such meal offers compare the 'meal' price of 5.00 or individual prices before they are reduced
The reason I ask is, the T price for a pizza the and the ice cream are almost 8.50 but at A they come to 4.50.
Not sure what the garlic bread would compare as but there should be some significant JTD there either way, so pizza garlic bread and ice cream for 1.00
Anyone know
For anyone who hasn't noticed, the Chicago Town Takeaway Pizzas are now £3.99 in Tesco.
So providing the deal compares okay, there should now be £4.48 JTD refund for each one bought.
