Great whoopsie shop tonight made all the better by bumping into Tiny Shoes at the chiller cabinet

Did she look guilty when I called out her name ( not her real name not Tiny Shoes!) but then saw it wa only me!

Good teamwork meant we found some good deals and also sweet talked/ conned the chiller guy into reducing the meat for us too as no one was doing it!

My freezer is now overflowing and my sister is one happy bunny too!

Come to think of it has Tiny posted tonight - if not she may still be there waiting for the 95 per cent reductions

Could not take my haul home tonight as no room in the inn no matter how many games of Tetris I played. So I popped round mums. ;)

I did go back to the meat and got a joint which the lovely guy reduced before going off on his break. :T You missed me running to get there before he went. :D

I did have to stop myself from going back, I reckon there might have been some really good freebies if they reduced it down even more, did not realise the big packs of mince are in the 3 for £10, 2 for £7 this time. ;)

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

:mad:My Ts has introduced coin operated trolleys this week.

    Not impressed:mad:

I don't normally have that much money on me when I go to Ts to shop!

Just to let you know both stores have introduced it this way. :(

Thanks Fudge_cake for thinking of DD2, will send the hugs on. ;) Hope you are feeling a bit better yourself, sounds like you need a few hugs for too. :)

What an amazing post, must take you ages, I have been catching up falling asleep here, hence my random quotes. :o

Have a fun filled day tomorrow as mum has a hospital appointment at 9.30am and DD3 has 2 orthodontists appointment other side of town at 11.30am and 2.30am. Hope everything goes to plan.

And Mr. Tinyshoes leaves his old role tomorrow and starts the new job proper on Friday. :j Have worked out the finances and can't believe how much he will be bringing home for part time, not a fortune but enough to make life a bit easier. Though have not been doing bad actually ended the month with just over £100 left. :T I guess the car passing probably helped alot on that one. ;)

Before I go Happy Birthday to West is best for yesterday and to Nannylala for today. And hugs to everyone who needs them, just don't squeeze too hard as I'm bit achey from too much gardening. :):):)

    Night night all.

Couple of quick non-people related points.....

recall transaction - As others have said, if the transaction is suspended and you're moved to another till or you forgot your purse and you go back later etc etc.....if they store the transaction, your receipt will still say recall transaction. Also if you ask for a duplicate receipt, this is what you get and it says 'copy receipt' at the bottom too.

APG - Just out of interest, what details are people inputting for generating APG's?? I'm primarily interested in what addresses people use? Thank you :)

    and lastly a question..............

For anyone with a dog/dogs - I've always treated mine with Frontline but am aware of the cheaper alternatives; Effipro and Fiprospot. I have been debating trying one of the 2 cheaper versions for a little while and have just had a code come through for medicanimal. Their sale finishes tomorrow on the above 2 products so I am thinking of ordering some but I wondered if anyone has experience with either please. I've spent hours reading reviews on the internet and they're very mixed so just wondered if anyone here has any input pretty pretty please :D xxxxxxxx

Ok that's me off to bed. Got my hair in french plaits so it'll be nice and crimped tomorrow :D haha! And it's bloods tomorrow. May do a detour to A's on the way back and see what the state of play is with the razors ;) And I also want to get some more M+M's peanut which I am suddenly in love with, if they've got them!

    Night night late shift :A

Good morning Westie and the early birds :A

    Thanks cupcake.

LOL at your praise for my wombling..........got a measly 3 little receipts tonight. Everywhere was swept clean, literally!

I did manage 700 clubcard points tonight for a £4 spend which I thought was quite good.

Oh, my asda shop tonight..........well my maths was good but the inks were OOS in my store so had to go 10 miles to a store that stocked them which miffed me a bit! Then to add insult to injury they were 34.97 rather than 32.97 in that store. Lady said all Asda's aren't always the same price which is useful to know!

So in the end I got a £42.07 shop down to £2.33
