Got some whoopsies falafals, and the multi buy kicked in 65p x 3 - £1.50 = 45p for all 3 whoop best whoopsie EVER! (apart from a 70p fresh chicken!)

I take everything with a pinch of salt now. It does upset me when the kids say they cant be bothered with their grandparents anymore because of the poison that comes out my mothers mouth. 5 weeks - is that all. I haven't spoken to my father in several years! The long and the short of it is that a few years after my mother died he married someone I considered to be quite nice. Then her daughter had two daughters and I followed that one up with a son. After that she was sniping every time my fathers back was turned, consistently nasty and trying to pick holes in my relationship with my husband, I put up with it while I was in their house but when she started on us when she was visiting us in our own home I blew my top and threw them out!!

(Un)fortunately the wicked step-mother has since died, but she had insisted that they move a long way from us so I can't get to see my father anyway.

The last time I spoke to him before she died I was informed that she said I did not need to wear my glasses all the time (my optician would disagree with that one!!) - how random can you get.

It wasn't only us she was nasty to though, not one of her children managed to maintain a relationship for more than a few years. We got on quite well with them and could not understand why one son and his partner did not want us to leave one year. We left quite late in the end, got back to my father's and were told off because we were late because - wait for it - they had to go round and sort out their relatonship!!

Sorry for the rant - was not intended, just she always made me so mad and my father was too week to stand up to her!

Evening all

Been a booger of a day, but it's nearly bed time so it's all good

Got some whoopsied chicken earlier on this evening, with the extra discount for 3 for £10 :T so was pleased with that. Wombled another £5 off for next week, spotted another receipt on the way to the car, someone else had bought 3 packets of whoopsied chicken as well! Mine was reduced more though :rotfl:
Does anyone know if the chicken in that offer ( 2 for £7/ 3 for £10) compares in the price checker? TIA
