first time doing the quiz..... hehe i got 10/10
i know it was an easy one.....just let me feel like a wee smarty pants for 2 mins though xxxxx

    Morning All ,

well done blondynurse ,no matter what time it says you still had 10 .
If you play on a regular basis some of the questions become easier as they only have a limited data base and so some tend to get repeated (so it's also good brain box training)...
it's all about question familiarity ...it's not about been in mensa or a quick reader (although that can help) it's all about knowing the answer to the question that you've seen before .

    Well done again .:T

which welches, ill get 10 tomorrow:D

14 is the optimum number (I think) ...
    • 14 cartons = £34.86
    • Plus £5.14 (random shopping) = £40
    • Less £14 (MOC) = £26
    • Less £5 (wys £40) = £21
    • Less £18.90 (JTD) = £2.10 for a £40 shop
Now if you can get a £1.10 (JTD) from the £5.14 random shop (to max the £20) even better

I've read this story all day today from so many places and it's still hard to picture it

Miami police shoot dead 'growling cannibal' BBC NEWS

    *Warning* Not for the faint-hearted.

p.s. I'm gay. Thought I'll say, as I came out to my parents last weekend and they took it rather well:T:j:beer:

I might be a little bit sick or weird but reading and imagining the look on the police faces brought a smile to my face ...maybe I hung with the wrong type of friends in the past .

Well done LTF , i bet you feel a whole lot better now that's off your chest and you can now go on to live your life as you want to not as other people expect you to . :T
It's similar (but more important) to men with little hair who keep hold of the last stragly 3 foot wispy tail that they wrap around their head in the belief they have a head of hair ...cut it off gents you'll feel a heck of a lot better .

The new Tesco "Real Food" magazine includes a voucher for £1 off "Make A Meal". Some currrently on 2 for £3. Use two vouchers and only a £1 for 2.

Its good maths but actually what leaves your bank account that day is £21 (unless you have a JTD voucher from a previous shop to lower the total).

The £18.90 JTD is what you will have for your next shopping trip that is if the JTD machine is fully working :D

There is also the problem of getting hold of 14 magazines and a store with 14 cartons in stock in which case you need a back up shopping list

And having somewhere to store 14 cartons that is not already full of socks and chocolate :)
