Hello everyone.
Bit of a grim day, went to a mates funeral, just 1 year older .
Certainly gave me a new sense of perspective.
His wife and 3 kids all looked stunned.
Think seeing the coffin made the reality hit home.
All family and friends around so a good turn out to see him off.
Mate has been known as a bit of a playboy.
Could of heard a pin drop in a crowd of over 100 people, when his bit on the side entered the wake.
Still awaiting autopsy report, think it will conclude that he died while sh@gging, not the worst way to go.
Off to fire up bbq, got some whoopsied chicken and steaks from Mr A, bbq mushrooms, onions and vine tomatoes in lurpak wrapped in tin foil.
T have 24 Strongbow for £14, going to drink a few for my departed friend tonight.
Cringe though re: his fancy woman walking in and heads swivelling. Awkward...Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find0 -
Nothing good ever comes from Bangor - sorry
Seriously, I'm free tomorrow night and can borrow a dog, paper bag and lighter if you can source an address
Don't tempt me, I could provide the doggie doings that would probably fill their hallway:rotfl: Just a pity I'm at a child development course tomorrow and Wednesday but at least that would be a good alibi
SPC #329 £471/£500 banked
SPC 2014 £1100:D

Blimey - its took me all day to catch up cos I went to bed early last night!
Am trying to remain calm, my 15yr old daughter is trying to make cupcakes on her own for the first time. My 12 yr old can make them no problem, my 15 yr old thinks she is a princess and thus far has decided she doesnt need to learn to bake or cook as someone else will do it for her. She is trying to raise money to go on a camp with the school in the summer and so decided to bake cupcakes to sell at hubby's work. After spending a week trying to get everyone else to make the cupcakes for her she has finally realised she has to do it herself!! (Have to give her 10/10 for perseverance as she is still expecting/calling for help!)
Hope everyone had a good day today. Last year I was diagnosed with a condition known as IIH, had to have a lumbar puncture to release pressure etc. I am very lucky as I dont have severe symptoms, but they are playing up a little, and its a bit tough as they are hidden symptoms so everyone else (mainly family and O/H) thinks you are ok, and I get fed up of trying to explain. Just wondered if anyone else on here has the same condition?? Still, having the sun out puts a smile on my face!
Off to look at the state of the kitchen....wish me luck!!!0 -

OMG Kymie, you're brave. I know the state the kitchen is in when my DD has been cooking! And she is 22!! And just HOW do they manage to use 10 times as many bowls and everything else that we do. As for teaching her that washing up is part of the cooking, well I gave up on that long since :rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I brought 2 of these and other shopping totalling £89.98 and got a refund of £86.28 so total spend on my weeks shopping £3.70:):)
