    Kin dappy SA @ express, "the coupon didn't scan because you have not bought the product".

    Then calls mangler (who gave me dtd on beer), his face said it all.

    He said "Why are you using a coupon and not buying the product".

    FQ says "Perhaps you should check for yourself, instead of listening to your under trained staff".

    With that showed him Shreddies box matching coupon, shove that up your pipe and smoke it muppet.

    FQ 42p Shreddies :)

    Just used some of the price flop mocs...;)

    and the Flora Spread £1 off wys £3 worked on benecol spread, so useful for anyone trying to reduce there cholesterol, this means it could work on any spread too!:D

    altho using tesco logic, it could have been the apples, strawberrys or blueberries that triggered it!!:cool:

    Benecol - bit of a sore point with me this eve :( Don't usually shop at Morries - was passing one and decided to buy 2 of the 4 packs of Benecol yogs for £1 each and use the 2 x 75p coupons from coupon thread. I took 1 out and handed to sa and he said "this is a photocopy you can't use" - I explained it was printed in colour, a safe coupon and the manufacturer had provided it to be printed from the internet to be used in part payment for their product. He called over another sa who said the same thing and it was not printed on shiney paper, they had 2 already???? and the cash office had told them not to take any more. By then I could sense an audience cranning their necks, to see what was going on so I said I would use elsewhere and left my shopping (2 packs of benecol :rotfl:). Walked down the road and found 8 Areo lambs in a tray attached to magazine stand in T metro (thanks for hint Nikki).

    Fudge_cake, I feel honoured to be included in one of your mega lists.

    Last week I asked a sa if they had a Kosher section and he did a double take, when I asked, and I suspect it was because he was not expecting the question to come from me :rotfl:.......they did but couldn't find any jam or marmalade. Did notice that the Kosher cake mixes said they were gluten free and noticed one of the ingredients was potato flour (not sure what they taste like though).

    i know that was re the marmalade:rotfl:

    sometimes not sure whether to put them out f their misery or not, but most of them think we are a bunch of weirdo extreme couponers, think i'll leave them to argue out kosher or not kosher:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I prefer profession shoppers :cool::cool:

    I was talking to a friend yesterday and they said I must be on their most wanted list:rotfl: a picture of me in the office where they throw darts at:eek::rotfl::rotfl:

    I said when I go in there I say Good Morning Mark:p, shop around, go to the empty checkout which is just for me (Profession shoppers till;)). A red carpet laid down and I hand over my gold clubcard. And I say thank you. Walk out the door. Then say hang on a minute....

    It also said they are harmless if eaten. Wonder if they class as 'white meat' for cholesterol reduction?

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    They must be good protein. :rotfl: and probably not many calories.
    Covered in 1p choc they could be the new delicacy.
