I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

OH it was cheaper at T's, I got the wrong end of the stick earlier! What are these?? 6 x AIRWICK ELECTRIC SMOOTH SATIN£ 2.40£ 38.88 That's a big price difference:eek:

I've popped my 2 'cheaper at T's' shops into the price checker for the laugh, think we should set a leaderboard up like someone else suggested!

I did a double take too. Looks like the Air Wick Plug In Smooth Satin & Moon Lily is only 40p at that Ts compared to £6.48 at As! Guess what I'll be checking tomorrow

I've had a lovely day out shopping today with the family i spent loads but got lots of nice clothes for hoidays, and i also managed a quick trip to a different t's, I only stopped to look for the bogof mushrooms and a loaf of bread but walked out with a huge smile on my face after finally finding some 4p socks!!!!!
I've looked everywhere for them and never thought this store would have them their clothing section only includes some socks tights and a few kids t shirts and baby essentials.

I'm now the proud owner of 12 packs of socks!! Thanks so much to miss laid and everyone else who posted the different bar codes they found. Xxxxxxx

Is it the vacuum cleaner possibly? I know they often have 500 points on Dysons, if there's one for £49.97 I'll be there at opening tomorrow!!

    Hey FK. How goes it?

You mean you didn't use your own bags for green club card points? (i'm on iphone so cant get the "shocked" smiley to work)

I had a similar experience. I had an 18p spend on Easter stuff and used 2 of my own bags. SA tried telling me i couldnt get any green points as i hadnt spent £1.

It's amazing what they don't know

Well long may it continue as its their lousy staff training that actually presents us with most of our bargains, one way or another. :)

wow i am impressed!! I struggle to get any around our way as there are litter wardens who hand out £75 fines for anyone caught littering, they handed one out the other day to a lady who's receipt got blown out of her trolley by the wind as she was trying to open the boot of her car!!:eek: There is no way i would pay a fine for that though as she didnt throw it away on purpose as my insurance once told us after we were flooded, No money as it was an act of nature/god! (wind blowing it away)
Anyway they hang around my local A's a lot as it shares a car park with a few other shops, but everyone in the borough is being careful which i agree with of course but it really mucks up my wombling! lol

Right guys I'm off up the dancers (don't actually know what that means but my Dad always said it when I was little and had to go to bed)

Well done on the wombling FK, hope you get some good results. That's a very neat pile, mine are always all screwed up from being shoved in my bag!

    Good night Elite:A
