Just showered the dog. He's a golden retriever, too big to go in the bath unless I lift one end and OH lifts the other!!!!! So he goes in the shower cubicle and I hold the shower head to wash him down, soap him up and the rinse him. You can imagine after we're finished, he's soaked, I'm soaked and because he shaken himself, the bathroom is soaked!!!! Ah well, it's a glorious day so we'll soon all be dry.

Got 20 pages to read back on. what a glorious day it is.
I emailed Audi top dogs yesterday (after my disastrous experience with them two weeks ago and no response to my follow up complaint). Less than 12 hours after escalating to the top, I've had a phone call from them apologising and seeing how they can redeem themselves. Perhaps T need to take note of how to appease potential customers
May still go to BMW though
