    I think you are scrolling down too far. The submit button is directly under the question box. If you scroll down two more lines, you will get this:

    Your'e not looking down below where the old comp was are you ? You should get a confirmation message if you scroll up a little after submitting ,not that you should enter again cos you will be duping your entry of course.
