5 year fixed mortgage

Hi,
I'm looking to remortgage in Nov. Currently have a 3yr fix at 6.2% (don't ask).
We have the equivalent of a 30% deposit. The best deal I have seen is with the Post Office at 3.59% for 5 years.
I want to fix for 5 years because I definitely think rates will start creeping up next year.
has anyone seen any better deals around than the Post Office deal?

The Post Office at 3.59% is the lowest % on a 5 year fixed at the moment, but there is quite a hefty application / admin charge.
The mortgage market is changing quite a bit at the moment so whether that deal is still available in November, that will be a different thing......0
