it was your pop up blocker, pressing ctrl disables it temporarily.

Pah that's nothing, it took them from 15th Nov til 2 weeks ago to complete mine and even then it's not a load of information which quite frankly is not relevant to me.

Yeah they do seemto be taking a while, my mum ordered hers around the 5th i believe and is yet to arrive.
