I did my tescos shop online last tues thru pigsback in the hope I received my points, nearly a week later and still havent received them. They did say allow 28 days for them to go on, but I was hoping they would be quicker than that.

They should have received an e-mail within 3 days telling them their voucher was available. The best thing to do is get them to sign onto their pigsback account, click on rewards, then choose "Collect Rewards" from the left hand side - they should find the code for their voucher there.

My hubby requested a CD Wow voucher once & waited ages for the voucher - turned out the voucher had been sat there since the day after he placed his request but the e-mail to tell him it was ready was never sent.

No CT's today - all I need is one measly point to get my fifth voucher

I referred my kids recently and they've been busily collecting points, DD should have enough to order a voucher today, but DS is struggling because once DD has answered the instant point questions and he signs in (on the same computer) his account says he has already answered the question.

Re ct's, are pb based in Ireland? because its a bank holiday today so maybe they arent working

you need to clear your cookies each time someone logs out of pigsback, and then should be ok for the next person...
