My husband has just tried to enter the jackpot for Dancing on Ice. However, he gets this message
"Sorry, you're account has either not been validated or has not been active long enough to enter this jackpot."
He has been with Pigsback for a year, has ordered (and received!) rewards, and has won a competition.
Anyone have any inkling as to why the above message would have appeared? Oh, just remembered, he also entered a jackpot for Strictly Come Dancing!0 -
Just checked my account and saw I had 2000 points extra. Thought I had won a competion but it is Party Binog that has credited eventhough I had that manually adjusted. Who should I contact? I want to be honest about this.

They take your bet immediately, then usually a few days after the event has happened they pay points to the winners which include your original stake. The points for the win are taken from the total pot that is bet, but PB take a cut of 20% for admin, so you can't really work it out for yourself, and you also can't see how many other people bet the right answer.
Recent payouts have ranged from a return of about 9 points on a 200 bet (if I recall correctly!) on Jade being evicted on CBB, but Lee Sharpe's recent eviction on DOI on a week when the bookies were all tipping Emily netted people quite a lot.
Whenever I've bet 50 points on what seems like a sure thing I've tended to get back something like 62 points - but that's an entirely arbitrary figure of courseDo I Need One Stops All Unnecessary Reckless Spending£2 CSC - £30 :kisses3:0 -

can you save you points up to like £100 worth? or do you have to cash them every time you get £102007 Comping challenge -> £00.00 <-Typical luck!:mad:0

you can save them up if you like, the points expire after 12 months if you dont use them...
but you also run the risk of Pigsback putting up the number of points needed to claim a voucher, some vouchers used to be 1100 points instead of 1000....there is no telling that they might change it back again...
I usually order my Boots vouchers as soon as I have enough points, there is no expiry date on the voucher...0
