I think its 15, the latest year on the registration page is 1992

when i did it for wine a few weeks ago, i went into my account first, did a fake shop to the amount needed to use the code, put the code in, then emptied my basket. when you do that the code stays on your account so you don't have to put it in again. then cleared cookies and shopped through pigsback, i got the points added the other day. i haven't done it without doing all that, just in case entering the code whilst pigsback was tracking triggered it to disallow the points, as it seems to with others (cd wow etc).

I only ever shop on line with Tescos using a extra points code. I can confirm that I have had several lots of PB points added, the amount added bears no relationship to the value of my order. So its pretty inconsitant, I also have had points added when using a voucher at CDWOW. My Tesco PB points were added the day after the shop before items were delivered.
Cant really work out whats going on with Tescos and PB'S
