I have just emailed pigsback for a 4th time about party bingo, this has been going on since january. No points but more annoyingly no answer at all to my emails. I am being ignored totally, all of the emails were just a request that they look into the point situation along with my confirmation email.
On top of that, 2 tesco orders in march have not had points added (emailed about that too) and no click throughs at all for 3 weeks. Not a happy piggy.:A

i know it is probably frowned on but it seems it would be very easy to do as I opened one for hubby and he has almost as many points as me after only 1 week of quizzes and sign ups etc.
( p.s not advocating it, just asking!)
No. Pigsback will close all your accounts if they find out that you have multiple accounts. It is indeed very much frowned upon, especially on this thread.
HTHI don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

I have sent an email to Pigsback chasing up my missing Tesco points, luckily i kept my transaction email.
I also enquired about the Easter egg eating contest as a couple of us here were on the shortlist for the competition, and we haven’t heard anything. i will let you know the outcome
i have just sent my third email regarding my piggy points. i did my first shop via pigsback 5 weeks ago, and i have kept all my emails too.
it does make me cross when they offer something and don`t come up with the points.........
thanks

I opened a pigsback account a while back but forgot my log in details so just opened another one.... does this mean I won't be able to claim anything?? I couldn't get into my old account coz I don't have access to the email I used for it..Thanks to everyone that posts :T:money:

you should be able to claim , as long as you use a different mobile number for validationJames thinks worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere
If i help you...Please thank me! :beer:0 -
