Hiya guys, just wondering if any of you could help please.
I am waiting for Tesco piggypoints like a lot of others and I can see on some of the posts it says to clear your cookies - how do I do that?!
Also it suggests emailing PB with copies of your orders - again have no idea how to do!
As you can tell, I'm not exactly great on the computer but any help would be much appreciated - sorry to take up your time,

If you use internet explorer (microsoft) I think its under 'tools' -> 'options' -> 'clear cookies' or something similar. A microsoft user will no doubt correct me :rotfl:
In firefox its 'tools' -> 'clear private data' or on a mac you can also do it 'Firefox' -> 'preferences' -> 'privacy' -> 'cookies'
When you clear your cookies you will be automatically signed out of all sites so you'll have to re-sign in to pigback (if you see what I mean?!) and then go through the links to place your order. Clearing cookies will only help if you do it before you place the order, not after.
I think the email address is postmaster@pigsback.com but I'm not sure. If you have received an email as confirmation of your order you can press 'forward' in your email programme and then enter the pigsback address. You can add a message to pigsback and then send it... it will send your message and a copy of your confirmation email for them to see.
I hope that helps and makes some sense!
