i have done 5 weekly shops from tesco clicking through from pigsback spent nearly £500 - i emailed pigsback querying when i will get my points and they say they have no record of my shops! so don't hold out much hope for anyone else waiting for points - each time i went through from pigsback - to say i am disappointed is an understatement!

Have you sent them copies of all the order confirmations you have for the 5 orders?

Well I have recieved some points just not the right ammount sounds to me like the tracking doesnt work you can also go into your tesco account and get a screenshot of your orders this is what I have done awaiting a reply now as to why I havnt had the full ammount of points.
I used to shop with Asda only changed cuz of the points incentive if I dont get the correct points think I will swap back it will be pb and tescos loss not mine

well i can prove i did the shops - but how do i prove i clicked via pigsback - i know i did it correctly but how to prove i don't know!

Hello everyone.
I've just emailed Pigback again regarding the Cyberslotz points.
I signed up March 1st and the T&C's said 2 weeks before you get your points. 3 weeks after signing up i emailed them about the points and they said they were waiting on a file from Cyberpoints but nothing since. Now almost 6 weeks on i've emailed them again but i was wondering if anyone else had got their points if they signed up after March 1st?

Hi I was wandering if everyone got their 50 pp for registering with the Total London newsletter ok. I know it says to allow one month but i'm pretty certain that I have been waiting over a month now and still have not received them.

Just got off the phone from PB, as I joined WorldWinner and upgraded the account as they said, and I haven't received any points nearly two months later.
The lady said it should be sorted tomorrow, but while I was on the phone, I asked why there were so few clickthroughs this week, as I only had one.
She could only suggest refreshing the page - I told her I had done this several times - as there should be about 5 new CTs a week! She was looking at the page herself, and she said there was one for Money Matters, which I did not get. I'm going to log-in everyday and keep trying for more, if there are any at all.

I hope this is of some interest/help to some of you anyway.

Thanks TG, I sat looking at it for ages as well trying to work out what was wrong with it! And would you believe last time I posted a question I forgot the link then too as well! I'll go back to the corner with my dunces cap on :-(
