Hi everyone - hope someone can help...

I redeemed some piggy points for a £7.99 CDWow voucher and received the code today.

I went to use it on a DVD, then changed my mind after I had applied the voucher. I removed the item from the checkout, and chose something else.

When i tried to use the voucher, it says that the voucher is already in use. So now I have no discount on anything.

Who do i contact - Pigsback or CDwow or both? I haven't paid any money or ordered anything. Or do i just wait for a certain amount of time and try again?

Thanks in advance for any help!

If you wait a while, I think it's 6 or 8 hours the voucher becomes usable again.

I ordered a DVD but forgot to fill in my details  I tried to order again and the same thing happened to me Sparky - I was told to wait 12 hours and then re-order ;) I didn't get any points though for ordering.

We went to Chessington today with our Tussauds Annual Passes (the passes only cost £22.50 each with Tesco Clubcard vouchers)...

But to make it even sweeter...

OH won £20 on Pigsback recently, which we traded in for Leisure Vouchers...

And the Pizza Hut outlet at Chessington let us pay with Leisure Vouchers (very surprised at that!) - for £15 of the Leisure Vouchers we got 4 6" pizzas, 4 fries and 4 drinks!

Fab cheap day out - many thanks to every1 on the Pigsback thread who helped with making the day special - we all know how a theme park day out can cost a small fortune but we basically just paid for petrol today... :j Yippeeeeeee!

Oooh well done. We were hoping to do exactly this tomorrow!!!
Were the queues very long for the rides??
My children have a teachers training day in 12 days time and was thinking about going then but as the weather is so fab at the moment we thought that it might be better to go sooner rather than later.
We went to Legoland on Friday....got into the carpark... saw the huge number of cars drove straight out again and played football in the park instead !!

    TIA

You dont get piggypoints when using reward vouchers. Personally, i would order something from cdwow and pay for it first to get the extra 200points first time signup bonus and use the reward after that as it wont work the other way round.

So if you spend 10 quid on a dvd you end up getting 3quid back in piggypoints which could mean the difference between a cd reward or a 10pound boots voucher!

There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.
