Just got another voucher thru just in time to pay for our hols - fingers crossed the next one arrives before next week!

Managed to enter Easter quiz on first day. Since then always reads "you have already entered this competition" when I try to do the daily question. Have cleared cookies and am using internet explorer. The same also happens with OH account (on same computer). Does anyone have any ideas?

check that you are not also logged in on this url: http://pigsback.com as opposed to http://www.pigsback.com.

These are actually different domains on the same website and you could have one of you logged in that way. Logout on all of them and then clear cookies again to see if helps.

I'd just like to say a big thankyou to everone who posts the answers to the Pigsback questions.

I try to do the quizzes daily (but sometimes don't get the chance!), I've been a member since about Oct06 and yesterday I won for the first time one of the 1000 points quizzes! So I've ordered my 4th voucher today!!!

If you are clicking on a link from this website to enter, make sure your screen/page (on Pigsback) is maximised (sp) - just an idea as I was doing this and it said the same but the as my screen(pigsback) wasn't full sized I couldn't see the quiz in the bottom left hand corner.

Might be totally wrong on what you are having problems with so apologies if so xx

Does anyone know what would happen if you where to change/update your pigsback email address. Then signed up to snapfish again using the new/updated email. would you get the points, if you had already got them with your old email account?

i had this problem once before so the only way i could sort it out was to clear my cookies, history, recent folder, temp folder, temp internet folder and my content IE5 folder, it worked after that and has done ever since...

sorry i read that wrong i thought it was about the egg hunt problem...just checking it is the daily comp on the left halfway down you are talking about and not the comp at the top of the page isnt it??
