    try pressing your ctrl and F5 keys together....

    see if you can use the thanks after that

    i had this probelm so i uninstalled yahoo toolbar and msn toolbar and its fine now..it was the adblockers on the toolbars that where doing that on my comp...

    someone on the techie forum told me about the ctrl +f5

    all the people that had the problem seemed to be on ntl/virgin media, something to do with web proxy cache whatever that is....
