I signed up to get the tesco clothing vouchers so i could get some points for pigsback, but i have forgotten what to do with them!.

I have searched, but can't find it. Wasn't there something were you can use them for get money off your shopping at Asda

anybody got advice please. On the 5th march i ordered a £10 boots reward and then another on the 15th march.My points were deducted for both but i have only received 1 voucher on the 19th march with a post date of 16th march.I emailed pigsback and was told that my voucher had been posted on the 16th so i assume it was the 15th march order.That means my 5th march voucher has been lost or forgotton about but i have lost points, i have emailed again but no reply.should i just forget about it?

only thing i can think of is to change the name and email address on it to someone else in your family, then it can be used by someone else or you can ask them to cancel it if it wont be used...

As for expired points - nothing you can do. I've lost 150 this year because I signed up for my accoutn and left it idle. Pigsback do give a year to use them.

Does anyone know of a way to contact someone who might be helpful at pigsback, I went through contact us & have been emailing someone called Lynn about referral points that I haven't been given. I have tried to explain that a box with 'register here' doesn't come up on gmail. This is the reply she sent me, it's almost identical to others she has sent.

I have double checked this, underneath the Sue's Message 'Hi This is invite to join pigsback Sue' there should be an option to click on a button with 'Click Here To Register' on it and then underneath this Thanks Curly.

I am afraid we can only credit PiggyPoints for referrals which have been tracked by our system, and therefore your referrals cannot be credited with the PiggyPoints as they were not tracked.
