I had this too, I referred DH and sat next to him whilst he clicked the link so I know he did it properly. No points for me as they say he didn't go via my link.

I'm wondering if it makes a difference what pop-up blockers you have or anything? I used my Mum's web email account (rather than Outlook Express) but my SIL used OE and the referral link worked ok

You're very lucky considering the number of people who have had problems.

if you read through posts 1 & 2 of this thread it gives you lots of info on pb, about the clicks, finding extra points etc...
