i referred someone and they have already claimed their first voucher in march (claimed about 4 days ago) how long do i need to wait for the 500 points to go onto my account??

you should get them the day after the person has claimed their reward....

i wonder if anyone can help me i'm a bit baffled - we have 5 accounts for pigsback me, hubby, son, daughter and granma, i went to sign in mine before and it said not recognised? so i tried everyone elses and they all say not recognized except for my granmas who's was fine?? we all use this computer to do them ? i'm not sure what cookies are but i recently deleted all history and cookies so could that be it? i have emailed them but they havn't replyed yet.....

PB may have frozen the accounts if they suspect one person is using more than one account, they have done this to people on here recently, and they have to contact PB to verify everyone is legit before the account is reinstated.

See what answer they email back with first, it may just be a glitch.

If several people use the same computer, make sure cookies are cleared before each one logs in...and try to leave some time in between each person using PB

you dont find out in advance.....when someone comes across a new offer its posted on here

all the new offers and sign-ups are added to post 2 of this thread, just keep checking there.
