You can always cancel the order before it's dispatched. It was a glitch and they have no obligation to honour the discount.

Have you not had a conformation straight away after placing an order? I've had mine straight away. I doubt I get mine anyway....

It didn't work for me either yesterday; I posted this as I was trying to use it and then forgot to come back to it....however, I tweeted M&S to find out what's happening because the code still shows up on their website and I asked them...they said it could be redeemed in store. I tried to redeem instore and even showed them the tweets but they just refused. Oh well.

Got e-mail saying my order is on its way to my local store so obviously they are not cancelling all orders... Had a look at my order and it said "Paid by gift certificate"...

hi there, i placed an order, when confirming the price went down to £0.00, ive had the confirmation and am due to pick up from store on thurs. am a bit worried that im going to go in there to be told they not available anymore. has anyone managed to collect in store yet??
