HELP : Gas and electric bill demands
londongurl_2
Hi,
I am struggling to pay my bills including Gas and Electricity. What they are asking as a repayment per month I just do not have. Where can I go from here as I am knocking my head against a brick wall and I am tired of the door collections appearing at my door every other month or so.
Thanks in advance
Looking forward to a debt free life that will enable me to sleep at nights.

Hiya, welcome to the boards.
Do you know exactly who you owe money to and how much? If not the best place to start is usually to write down a list of all your debts, including interest rates.
Next, try filling in a Statement of Affairs (http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html). This will tell you how much money you have coming in and going out each month. If you want, you can post it on here to get tips for cutting down your expenditure.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. William Shatner

I have done the credit etc list via CAB. I wanted to know where I stood with utility companies as they believe they are above this exercise/law0
