If all cc are in default can I still request cca?

Hello all,

I lost my job in 2010, signed on for JSA that did not pay interest on the mortgage, had to fight to get council tax relief wich was only for six months. Came off and tooka part time job and started a part time teaching course as I could not get the finance for FT.

As funds is a current ghost I have been unable to pay the £1 pcm to the debtors but I am going to start back at the end of this month.

Can I still request cca from my creditors? The amounts are quite large and not sure of the repercussions

Thanks in advance
Looking forward to a debt free life that will enable me to sleep at nights. Whompaa - Intial debt £89k, currently stagnanted to £66k :o

You certainly can! It's your legal right to request a copy of your credit agreement and you can do it at any time, even after defaulting. In fact, that's when most people request them.
