can't say I blame them. Better to have a pile of Euro's under the bed than be left with a load of devalued drachmas one Monday morning.

Next is the Spanish Banks ...... I wouldn't want ant Foreign accounts at the moment, I saw Iceland walk away from 'guarantees' and my lifes savings with them!!

If you have less than 50k, put in all in an English bank imo. If you have more, you can spread the risk a bit. Maybe some in dollars may not be that stupid at the moment.0

Just been reported on BBC 5 Live. Didn't quite catch the figures though that were being withdrawn. Heard "billion" but that was about it.0

Its £85K at the moment, increased from £50k. However I may split my money between 2 just to make sure.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Not quite a "Run" just yet, its a lot less than our own Northern Rock from a few years ago, . 0.75 compared to 5% respectively, apparently0 -
