Which is best, Quidco or Top Cash Back

I've joined up to both Quidco and Top Cash Back and have made my first purchase through Quidco but have just realised that Quidco take the first £5 of the cash back you make, however Top Cash Back don't appear to have high percentages of cash back on the items I want.
Which one is the best to use?
