Thank you all for your replies, I am36 so I don’t imagine a normal term morgage would be a problem, although Iassume a 25 year term would be the norm. I will have 10% deposit and I have agood credit rating. Any further comments appreciated

I would no means guarantee success, but certainly think a decent broker will be able to get close if not the full amount..
Obviously there are variables that we are not aware of, so cannot do better than think you have a shot...
