    Hia,

    The guys are right you really need to clear the negative equity and put your savings onto your mortgage. its costing you money not to. id advise not to put it on in dribs and drabs though usethe saving account to save up afigure above250 and then move the 250and start again.

    the reason i say this is if you can over pay on your mortgage most lenders will only pay you interest on any over payments over a certain figure. my mortgage (Halifax) will pay the mortgage apr on any overpayments over £250. Well thats how it read in the small print someone who knows more may beable to confirm this.
