Doesn't work like that in my company - Annual Leave and TOIL are recorded seperately. When I left the company the HR system on the company intranet clearly showed that I had 16 hours TOIL built up.0

A company cannot convert statutory holiday into TOIL with different rules.
For holidays over statutory then it would need a close look at the terms and conditions of working those holidays.
I think you need to provide details of the holidays as asked above.
In addition you need to provide the full T&C of the TOIL policy.0 -
Take a look in your contract. It should say something about your holiday entitlement and how they handle Bank Holiday working.0

Could be a very simple explanation. Where I worked previously, LT from one month was not paid until the end of the following month. You may get a very small payslip next month.
